After Hours Support
Normal Support Hours for CNS are 7:30am until 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time. Afterhours emergency service is available for an additional fee: Check here for up-to-date pricing.

 

Applications Development
CNS provides support for certain applications and the limited support for the development of applications. CNS does not develop applications for Commercial Use.

 

Computer Support

Email
CNS provides hosted email for Network Operations Center and Subscription clients only. General information, Guidelines, Outages and policies pertaining to the use of hosted email are found here.
